I cannot begin to describe the thrill and delight of swimming with wild dolphins. Spending
time with these intelligent, joyful, playful creatures reminds us how to relax into the moment,
open up a new creative outlet and reconnect with a sense of joy and love that many of us
have lost. Changing times and challenges in our world today can leave us feeling stressed
and anxious about the future. Yes we are shifting into a new time and a new reality, and the
transition process can be exhausting on all levels. The dolphins are wise and powerful teachers.
As they swim close to us and make eye contact while scanning us with their sonar and bombarding
us with their clicks, chirps and whistles, many people experience a profound sense of peace and
healing. Being in the presence of dolphins will rest our mind, relax our body and restore our spirit.
To spend time with these exquisite creatures in the wild is to set your spirit free! Experience the human dolphin connection in consciousness on
this wild dolphin swim / mini-workshop wellness retreat. Our main facilitators will be the dolphins themselves as they open people’s hearts and
connect us on a very deep level to our own divine essence. After the dolphins have worked their magic on us, human facilitators, Gayle Lawrence
and Pat Hall will offer fun and enlightening group experiences and discussions, guided meditations to work with the dolphin energy, stress relieving
techniques and exercises that can open a doorway to personal self-discovery that supports releasing fear and negativity.

Wild Dolphin Swim Retreat Itinerary:
Day 1 Sat. June 12:
For those who live outside the area your trip will begin on Saturday as you arrive in Ft. Lauderdale and spend the night. Hotel arrangements will
be made for you and depending on your arrival time you can meet with the rest of the group and enjoy dinner together!
Day 2 Sun. June 13
After an early breakfast we transfer to the airport for our flight to Bimini. Those who live in Ft.
Lauderdale will meet the group at the airport on Sunday morning but you are also invited to join us at
the hotel for dinner Sat. night if you choose. Upon arrival we transfer and check-in at the Seacrest
Hotel, have lunch and our first group introduction and gathering. We'll have a dolphin
protocol orientation by our charter boat Captain, board our chartered boat and prepare for our first
encounter with the magical dolphins of Bimini.
Day 1 Sat. June 12:

Day 3-6 Mon - Thursday June 14 - 17
We spend the next four days exploring ourselves in the mornings and playing
off our boat in the afternoon with the dolphins and snorkeling. Our time with
these wild dolphins is a gift from them and will evolve as they wish. This is
an ecologically sensitive program that allows us to observe, interact with, and
swim with these beautiful beings. The photo and video opportunities are
absolutely outstanding. Our dolphin excursions take place each afternoon and
trips can be anywhere from 3 to 4 hours in length. It takes approximately one
hour to reach the "dolphin grounds. Please remember these are “wild dolphins”
so encounters cannot be guaranteed. We are on the dolphin’s time schedule, so
when or if they come to play with us is their decisions. Encounters can be as
short as 15 minutes or as long as an hour and you might have multiple encounters
in one afternoon…they are full of surprises!

No trip to Bimini would be complete without snorkeling over the “Mysterious Bimini Road”! A quarter-
mile off Paradise Point lays an ancient, underwater road of stones that has baffled natives, mystics and
scientists for generations. Some call it the Bimini Road or the Atlantis Wall and believe it may lead to the
lost continent of Atlantis. It is quite a mystical experience and many say they can feel the energy that
emanates from these huge underwater stones.
There will be time to explore the island, relax on the beach and of course do some shopping! You may
also choose from other optional island activities, bike rentals or golf carts, mangrove tours, a visit to the
Healing Hole or the Fountain of Youth. Enjoy meals in some of the nearby restaurants that the “locals”
cater too. As we bring to a close a wonderful week of fun, sun and sharing time with new flippered

out of your life forever!

Trip Facilitators: Gayle Lawrence - Journeys of Discovery, has been swimming with
wild dolphins, humpback whales, manatees and other magical sea creatures since 1999.
Encounters with them have changed her life and Gayle will share some of her own intimate personal
experiences with these magical creatures. Gayle will help you to connect with the dolphins physically and
energetically as they teach us about opening the heart to more love and joy, healing ourselves on all levels and
remembering how to frolic, play and laugh again with a renewed zest for life.
Pat Hall: Pat and Gayle have shared many adventures together over the years in Peru, Guatemala
and the Galapagos Islands and both have a very deep connection with the dolphins. Pat has also led
tours to Peru for Journeys of Discovery. Pat is a teacher, healer, workshop leader and a facilitator of
a Course In Miracles. She has studied in the field of metaphysics, spirituality and healing for over
20 years. Pat will share her years of healing techniques, guided meditations, relaxation & stress relieving
techniques and facilitate working with the dolphin wisdom and energy. Pat had longed to be with the dolphins
since seeing "Flipper" on TV in the 1950's. Finally in the 1990's her dream came true! Pat has swam with
dolphins in Key West and Mexico. These were the most exhilirating experiences of my life.........
